APPELLATION: Vino Nobile di Montepulciano D.O.C.G. AREA OF PRODUCTION: Montepulciano – Tuscany SOIL COMPOSITION: Silty clay   ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITIES: Colour: transparent and crystalline. Bouquet: complex, the nose is shown on fragrant scents that refer to white flowers and hay Tasting notes: the taste reveals a soft, fine and velvety taste. The marc after a light pressing are distilled in a bain-marie, the resulting distillate is aged for 10/12 months in small caratelli. Then the grappa is bottled after filtering and placed on the market after at least 3 months of aging in bottle. Bottles produced: 420, each marked carefully by hand.
