Manual harvest after careful selection and thinning out of the grape bunches. De-stemming and pressing, with alcoholic fermentation followed by 13 to 15 days maceration on the skins. The drawing off and the removal of the dregs are followed by malolactic fermentation; after static clarification the wine is pumped into barriques for a refining period of 6 month.MANORA Barbera d’Asti Superiore D.O.C. is Intense, shiny ruby red. Exceptional elegance and personality, hints of violet, small fruit, and spices. Rounded, full of character and class, contact between wine and wood helped to tame the Barbera’s asperity, making it warmer and more harmonious.
