Age

You must be 19 years of age or older to purchase Products. By submitting an order for Products, you represent that you are 19 years of age or older and are not purchasing Products for anyone under 19. When you or your designated alternate person picks up or signs for the Products ordered, you may be required to present proof of age. Acceptable proof includes a valid driver’s licence, passport, citizenship card, or BYID photo identification card.

Registration Obligation

If you choose to register with COTTONWOOD AGENCY for the purchase of goods, you agree to: (i) provide true, current, and complete information about yourself; and (ii) maintain and promptly update your information to keep it true, current, and complete.

Copyright, Ownership, and Use of Intellectual Property

Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms apply to orders placed through the COTTONWOOD AGENCY.com Website and Mobile Application. Orders must comply with age requirements, payment methods, availability, delivery policies, and order limits as described on the website.

Payment

Payment can be made via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, or Digital Payment Centres. The COTTONWOOD AGENCY does not store credit card information. You authorize charges when submitting an order.

Delivery

Delivery is available in Ontario to physical addresses only. You must present proof of age upon receipt. COTTONWOOD AGENCY may cancel orders if delivery is not possible and issue refunds.

Refunds and Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days with a receipt (except gift cards). Refunds are made via the original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

Force Majeure

COTTONWOOD AGENCY is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly set out, COTTONWOOD AGENCY is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order.

Discontinuance

COTTONWOOD AGENCY may discontinue or suspend any products without notice.
