The company was founded in 1935 by the Aristi family, with generations of dedicated family members and loyal employees devoting their lives to creating artisan spirits that uphold the traditions of the Mayan culture. All of Casa D’Aristi products are made with 100% natural and regional quality products. The production process is mostly done by hand at the historic Hacienda. Everyday more than 30 artisans hand-fill and hand-finish every single bottle. Located in Mérida, Yucatán. Mexico Huana is the only guanábana fruit rum liqueur in the world.  This versatile liqueur expands wonderfully with sparkling wines, gin, mezcal, whiskey and tequilas. Kalani is a 100% natural coconut rum liqueur made from fresh coconut milk, extracted from a special hybrid of coconut brought over to the Yucatán by Rafael Aristi, nicknamed “dwarf coconuts”. Xta (pictured) is a balanced honey kissed, gently spiced anise liqueur. Its colour is clear with golden and emerald flashes.
