Briottet Crème de Cacao Blanc (25% alcohol content)

Made with cocoa beans from Ghana. These are roasted and then macerated in alcohol. Briottet then adds sugar to sweeten it, and nothing else. Just wholesome cacao goodness……yummmmmmy


Creme de Cacao Blanc is served well-chilled as a digestif, or can be served as a perfect addition to a number of creamy smooth cocktails.

Crème de Cacao Blanc, 25%, Cacao liqueur

Preferably employ this liqueur in cocktails, for instance try out the “Cassis Supreme”: 4 cl of 20% alcohol Briottet Crème de Cassis, 3 cl of Briottet White Cocoa Cream, 1 cl of Poppy Liqueur and 8 cl of milk. Add ice and use a cocktail shaker.
