CARBUNÈ Barbera D’Asti DOCG is 6 months in stainless steel tanks, 2 months in the bottle before release. Intense, deep ruby red with purplish flashes. The nose is the hints of red fruits rule the roost, scents of juniper berries, plum, blackberry, moss, tea leaves cohabit happily without disturbing each other. The enjoyable aromas of mature fruits are also fully and intensely felt on the palate; the alcohol gives a nice warm feeling, The soft tannin and the gentle savoriness makes this wine extremely pleasant to drink. Ready to drink even though the wait would be rewarded with an even wider complexity of the bouquet and a lengthening of the taste ( 2-8 years).
