IDA Riesling, only top quality grapes are used for the production, 60% Riesling Italico and 40% Renano . Dry, slightly sparkling white characterized on the nose by a typical herbal aromatic tones, while on palate it’s well rounded, fresh and crisp. IDA Riesling Crystalline, very transparent, intense straw yellow, is the Fiamberti Riesling – Oltrepò Pavese DOC. Still white wine with a unique fragrance, sweet nose, strong notes of ripe pear and honey, reminiscent of jam. Expectations have been exceeded and this Riesling wins a deserved place among Cottonwoods favourite white wines. Certainly different from most white wines. Its scent is a note that distinguishes it a lot, it’s delightful! In the mouth you expect something extremely sweet, almost cloying, but the taste is totally different from what is perceived with the nose. It is warm, sapid and dry. The Fiamberti farm is one of the oldest in Lombardy, celebrating 200 years in 2014. It is located in Canneto Pavese , the international city of vine and wine, with a name that recalls the techniques of breeding the vines, supported by reeds.
