The Amarone DOC Classico is a distinguished wine from Italy’s prestigious Valpolicella Classico region, crafted to showcase the full potential of traditional Amarone winemaking. Made from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes, the harvest is followed by a careful drying process on wooden grids, allowing the grapes to concentrate their sugars, aromas, and flavors. Pressing takes place in January, producing a richly concentrated must that forms the foundation of this exceptional wine.
After fermentation, the wine undergoes at least two years of aging in oak barrels, followed by additional bottle refinement, resulting in a wine of remarkable depth and balance.
