The La Briccona Bonarda DOC frizzante is one of the most typical Oltrepò Pavese wines and the favourite one of my mother Patrizia, often nicknamed as “la briccona” (Italian for “scamp”). She’s the pivotal figure of the Fiamberti family just like this wine is the pivotal one of the winery. This semi-sparkling Bonarda combines rich tannins with the soft sweetness of the residual sugar.6 Bottles / Case
