Dijon Crème de Cassis Mousse,  16% alc/vol   350ml Dijon Crème de Cassis in Mousse form is made from a variety of 100% Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrant harvested in Burgundy. Surprise yourself with this unique alcoholic mousse made with Dijon blackcurrant. Developed under Boosterdry® licence – an exclusive patented process for producing alcohol emulsions – this mousse with its silky texture is lactose- and gluten-free.


Tangy and slightly sweet, it will liven up your chocolate fondant cake and other desserts. Shelf life 18 months, will keep for 3 to 6 months after opening. 350ml mousse equivalent to 1000ml of expanded mousse.
